The Christmas song

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire.           營火上烤著粟子
Jack Frost nipping at your nose.             霜輕咬你的鼻子(你的鼻子都結霜了)
Yuletide carols being sung by a choir.        唱詩班唱著聖誕頌歌
And folks dressed up like Eskimos.          大家都穿得像是愛斯基摩人
Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe. 每人都知道一隻火雞及一些槲寄生
Help to make the season bright.             可以使聖誕季節變得亮起來
Tiny tots with their eyes all aglow.           小孩們的眼睛都閃爍著光芒
Will find it hard to sleep tonight.             將發現今晚很難入眠
 

They know that Santa's on his way. *2          他們知道聖誕老人已經上路了
He's loaded lots of toys and goodies on his sleigh. 他在他的雪橇上載滿了玩具及好東西

Was Born on Christmas day 在聖誕節誕生
Hark now hear the Angels sing 聽啊天使高聲唱
A king was born today  今天一位君王誕生 
And Man will live for evermore  人們將得著永生
Because of Christmas day 因為聖誕的緣故

While shepherds watched their flock by night 當牧羊人夜間看守羊群
They see a bright new shining star 他們看見一顆閃亮星星
